These terms are between you and Clackis Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17432828 ("Clackis", "we", "us"), which runs Updrift at updrift.social. By creating an account or using Updrift you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Updrift.
Updrift acts on Bluesky accounts that you connect to it. Within the hours, keywords and daily limits you set, it likes and reposts posts, follows accounts, and unfollows accounts it followed that have not engaged. It never writes posts or replies for you. It also records figures about your accounts, such as followers and how your posts performed, and shows them to you.
Bluesky has its own terms, Community Guidelines and developer guidelines, and you must follow them. Automated liking, reposting and following can be treated by Bluesky as spam or inauthentic behaviour, even at the limits Updrift allows. Bluesky may limit, label, suspend or remove an account for it, and that risk is yours. Updrift paces its actions and caps them daily to reduce the risk, but cannot remove it.
We are not responsible for any action Bluesky, or any other service, takes against your account, and we do not give refunds because of it, except where the law requires us to. We may pause Updrift on your accounts at any time if we receive a complaint about them or believe they are at risk.
If you do, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a right to cancel within 14 days of starting a paid service. By starting your trial and asking Updrift to begin acting on your accounts straight away, you agree that it may start during that period; you can still cancel before your first charge at no cost.
When your plan ends, Updrift stops acting on your accounts. We keep your accounts' history and settings for 90 days so that you can start again where you left off. After 90 days we delete them and withdraw Updrift's access to your Bluesky accounts, as the Privacy policy describes.
To help you, our support team may open your Updrift dashboard as you see it, for up to an hour at a time, with a recorded reason. Settings shows you every time this happened and anything that was changed. Support can never see or change your card details or connect a Bluesky account for you this way.
We work to keep Updrift running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that it will produce any particular number of followers or any other result. We may change or stop features. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you by email or in Updrift before it takes effect, and continuing to use Updrift after that means you accept it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of followers, reach, reputation, business, profit or data, or for any indirect loss, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period. If you are a consumer, you also have the rights the law gives you, which these terms do not affect.
You can stop using Updrift and cancel your plan at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings where you live. Questions about these terms: hello@updrift.social.
