Plans and pricing
Your own account's figures are free, for good. The Planner, the Inbox and the full What works report come with a paid plan, seven days free.
Prices include VAT. A card is needed to start a trial and is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then; we email you on day 5. Extra accounts on Duo and Studio are £2.50 a month each. Cancel in one click; a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Paid plans can also switch on Assist, which likes, reposts and follows in your topics at a paced, capped rate inside the hours you choose. It is off until you turn it on. Its caps and rules are on how Updrift behaves.
The Planner
Write when you have a moment; it goes out when your followers are there. Your best hours come from your own posts, each one's first day measured by the hour it went out. Add a post to the queue and it takes the next free hour that works for your account. Up to four images with alt text, a video, or a long post split into a thread with its hashtags on the first post. Your best posts from the last year come back on their own, spaced so they never crowd your feed. Studio loads a month from a CSV and a zip of images and keeps every free posting time full. On a Duo or Studio trial the Planner schedules 5 posts; video and sharing between accounts open with your first payment.
The Inbox
Replies, mentions, quotes and, when you allow it, direct messages, oldest unanswered first, answered in place. Free shows how many are waiting. On Studio a writer's reply waits for an approver before it goes out.
Teams
Studio has five seats. A Writer drafts posts and replies; an Approver says yes before anything goes out, and reads Growth. Neither can change a setting, connect an account or see billing.
Trial and billing questions
- What happens on day 8? Your plan starts. Cancel before then in one click and you pay nothing.
- Who takes the payment? Stripe, as the merchant of record. Your statement names Clackis, and receipts come from Stripe. Nothing on a statement or receipt names your accounts or what you post.
- Can I change plan? Any time, from Settings. Moving up starts at once with the unused part of the old plan taken off; moving down starts at the next renewal.
- What happens when a plan ends? Updrift stops acting on your accounts and keeps your history and settings for 90 days so you can start again where you left off, then deletes them.
