Buffer or Updrift for Bluesky?
Buffer is a good scheduler for many networks at once. Updrift is only for Bluesky, and goes deeper there. Which one you want depends on how many networks you post to.
When Buffer is right
If you post the same things to four or five networks and want one calendar, Buffer is the right tool and Updrift is not trying to be it. Buffer's queue, its browser extension, its team features and its many years of scheduling are all good, and Bluesky is one of the networks it posts to.
Where Bluesky is an afterthought
Buffer treats Bluesky as one more destination. It does not measure your best hours from your own Bluesky posts, does not show how your hashtags do against your usual, does not track which starter pack or post brought each new follower, does not hold your Bluesky replies and mentions in an inbox, and does not know what a content label is. If Bluesky is your main network, those are the things that matter.
